XCAR has taken a closer look at the 2015 Audi TT Coupe TFSI which is now in its third generation and looks sharper than ever. The version they tested was equipped with the optional quattro all-wheel drive system and S line package. One of the features pointed out in the review is the massive 12.3-inch TFT screen which shows just about all the features that you can imagine. It’s powered by an Nvidia Tegra 30 graphic processor and has replaced most of the buttons and knobs which has allowed Audi to create a simple yet very functional dashboard layout.
Since this was a quattro version it means it was equipped with the S tronic gearbox while the engine of the vehicle featured in the video was the four-cylinder, 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged gasoline engine developing 230 HP (169 kW) and 370 Nm (272 lb-ft), enough for a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 5.3 seconds and an electronically-capped top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
XCAR also praised the coupe’s quattro AWD system saying that it enables the 2015 Audi TT Coupe to provide great traction even on slippery roads and it not only makes the car more fun to driver but also safer on a rainy day.
