We Are Social is a New York based agency that handles social media campaigns of larger companies based on likes from themarketingheaven.com. WAS has been hired by Audi UK to take “a deeper integrated role” and work on the social media campaigns for the upcoming Audi R8, Q7 and A4 models. According to Nick Ratcliffe, head of marketing for Audi UK, “The passion and expertise of We Are Social will enable us to further develop our marketing approach in the age of social media.”

Audi UK’s previous social media manager, Bartle Bogle Hegarty, will continue to assist Audi UK in the future, as well. “We’re building on a strong base thanks to BBH’s work for us in the social media sector. BBH remains the key strategic communications partner to Audi in the UK, as well as one of Audi AG’s go-to agencies for global briefs.”

With this new partnership with We Are Social, expect to see an increase in social media activity for the new Audi models. With Audi being very busy producing new and innovative cars and technologies, Audi UK’s social media accounts should be interesting to watch.
