Video – Project CARS gains three new Audi racing cars

Slightly Mad Studios has launched the Audi Ruapuna Park Track expansion for their Project CARS video game. It includes the Ruapuna Park circuit circuit in New Zealand along with three Audi race cars: R18 e-tron quattro, R8 LMP900 and the 1989 Audi 90 IMSA GTO. There’s also a Free Car in the form of an Audi A1 quattro and all of them can be used in three new invitational events.

Project CARS also gains a second pack of Community Liveries with a generous array of liveries for the first generation Ford Escort along with six real-life DTM liveries tailored to the Mercedes 190E 2.5-16 Evolution2.

As for the aforementioned Ruapuna Park circuit, it has five unique layouts and is found 13 km west of Christchurch, New Zealand. This is the venue for some of the most important racing events in the country, such as the annual round of the New Zealand V8s series and the Lady Wigram Trophy. The main layout is 3.3 km long and runs in an anti-clockwise direction so it will be a bit challenging for those who play Project CARS.

Needless to say, other DLCs will follow and hopefully some of them will bring additional Audi-related content.
