Do you know what literally no one has ever said? “I love my Audi RS6 Performance but it’s just too slow.” With 605 hp, the Audi RS6 Performance is capable of 0-60 mph in about 3.5 seconds and can do almost 200 mph flat-out. It’s unbelievably fast. However, the wonderfully insane people at PP Performance decided that 605 hp simply wasn’t enough. So they bumped it up to 750 hp and let AutoTopNL take it for a top-speed run on the Autobahn. And Sweet Baby James, is it fast.
Watching this tuned Audi RS6 fire off the line like a Saturn V rocket it great fun. I replayed it over and over, as watching the sheer power is addictive. Seeing the steering wheel saw back and forth as the torque-steer interferes and watching the speedo needle swing round as absurd speed is simply awesome. What’s even better is seeing car that can be used as a luxury family hauler almost hitting 300 km/h.
Not only is it blisteringly fast but it seems rock-solid stable. It seems as if it could stay at 200 km/h all day. What’s better is that it could do that with five passengers and a trunk full of luggage. Not that you should, as it’s a bit irresponsible, but it’s nice to know that you could. Can we also take a moment to try and appreciate how well the RS6’s cabin has aged. It still looks great, all these years later.
The Audi RS6 is already a mind-blowingly fast car. It’s the sort of car that can literally embarrass supercars with kids in the back seat. And that’s with 605 hp. Bump that to 750 hp and you have an entirely other beast. As evidenced by this video.
