It’s the 82th edition of the legendary endurance race and on this occasion many celebrities decided to visit Audi at Le Mans over the course of this weekend. One of the most important starts was none other than two-time Formula 1 world champion Fernando Alonso (currently with Ferrari) who is known for being a big Le Mans fan. Together with FIA President Jean Todt, the duo visited the garage of Audi Sport Team Joest where they wished Marc Gene all the luck in the demanding race.
Another important person was extreme athlete Felix Baumgartner as well as Prince Alexander von Auersberg-Breunner along with South Korean signer and actor Choi Si-won. Sascha Hamm and Fabio Studer, both winners of the Free Ride World Tour, also visited Audi at Le Mans, while actor Elyas M’Barek and comedian Django Asül were also on the list.
It was a busy weekend at Audi’s stand as besides these celebrities, other people like Lorenzo Perales (Sponsorship Director of Real Madrid) and Alexandre Bilodeau (ski freestyle Olympic gold medalist) visited Audi’s garage. Needless to say, a few board members of the company like Ferdinand Piëch, Ursula Piëch and Martin Winterkorn visited Audi at Le Mans, along with Rupert Stadler (Chairman), Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg (Technical Development), Luca de Meo (Marketing and Sales), Thomas Sigi (Human Resources and Social Affairs) and Dr. Hubert Waltl (Production).
