The aftermarket specialists at Schmidt Revolution have upgraded the Audi RS6 Avant. They went for an exterior appearance similar to Jon Olsson’s cars and applied a body wrap which will set you back €1,899 whereas the 21-inch wheels with ContiSportContact SP 295/30×21 tires will set you back an extra €3,999 and can be matched with a KW coilover set priced at €799.
Most of the work has been done in the engine department where the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine has been upgraded by 120 PS thanks to optimizing the electronics which has raised output to 680 PS (500 kW). The power bump will set you back €3,499 and for an extra €4,299 you can order a stainless steel exhaust system with valve control which will raise the output to a massive 695 PS (511 kW).
Schmidt Revolution says that once the upgrades are implemented, the Audi RS6 Avant will be able to reach a maximum speed of 205 mph (330 km/h) whereas the standard car with the optional Dynamic Plus Package can only do 190 mph (305 km/h). The tuner hasn’t mentioned how long it takes to get from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h), but obviously the tuned version is quicker than the standard model which needs 3.9 seconds.
