Live Photos of the Audi PB18 e-tron at The Quail in Pebble Beach

We can’t get enough of the Audi PB18 e-tron Concept. It’s by far and away the best Audi concept in a long time. In fact, it might have been the best concept shown during the entire weekend of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, with the Mercedes-Benz EQ Silver Arrow being a close second. So the fact that we were able to see the PB18 in person was incredibly exciting and we’ve brought you live photos of the brand’s latest electric concept.

It looks stunning, like something from Blade Runner, and a cockpit like nothing else we’ve ever seen. The driver’s seat can slide over from the side of the car to the center, like a McLaren F1 or a Formula One car. But the fact that it can slide over, giving the driver a choice of two different driving positions, is completely unique to the Audi PB18 e-tron, something no other car has ever done before.

Even better yet, the PB18 makes a whopping 670 hp and 612 lb-ft of torque from its combination of three electric motors. All of that power is capable of getting the Audi PB18 e-tron from 0-60 mph in the low two-second range. That’s brutally fast and extraordinary in a car that ways 3,417 lbs. That’s not exactly a feather weight but it’s still incredibly fast.

If you think the Audi PB18 e-tron looks good in photos on the internet, though, it looks far better in person. In the flesh, you can see the intricate details and the way the front “grille” is actually a massive air dam that you can actually see through from the cockpit. It’s just an astonishing design and one we’re very happy to have seen in person. Now we just hope Audi brings it to production in some capacity. Will this be the next Audi R8? We hope so.
