LIVE PHOTOS: Ducati at the 2016 International Motorcycle Show

The 2016 IMS (International Motorcycle Show) was recently just held in New York City, at the Javis Center, and on display were a healthy amount of Ducatis, of course. Being that Ducati is owned by Audi, we thought it a good idea to have our own Michael DeAmicis attend, as he’s our in-house motorcycle expert.

On display were some of your usual Ducati suspects, such as the 1299 Panigale, the famous Ducati Monster and a couple of dangerously cool Scramblers. There was even the very cool tribute to the brave firefighters of FDNY Engine 23 who served and who lost their lives on 9/11. Wearing a red paint job with “Engine 23” in white as well as an emblem featuring the World Trade Center, the Ducati Panigale R from HVMC Freeman Racing is one of the cooler bikes we’ve seen.

Many of the bikes were also fitted with exhausts from our friends at Akrapovic, who make some of the best exhausts, for both cars and motorcycles, in the world. We’re big fans of Akrapovic for Audis and Ducatis, so it’s cool to see here. Check out the photo gallery below.

I've been in love with cars since I was a kid, specifically German cars. Now I get to drive them talk about them on the internet.
