Jon Olsson has taken the wraps off his latest Audi RS6 DTM which comes with a plethora of tweaks. The body of the hot wagon has received specially developed carbon fiber created in collaboration with former Koenigsegg chief engineer Leif Tufvesson. In charge of building the car was Stertman Motorsport and they used various components provided by Milltek Sport, Movit, Intrax and STM.
More importantly, the V8 4.0-liter twin-turbo engine now benefits from custom 18-karat gold anodized TTE9XX turbochargers created by Turbo Engineers. While in stock configuration the engine churns 560 HP, this heavily revised motor can develop as much as 950 HP and even more than 1,000 HP when using race gas.
Jon Olsson’s Audi RS6 DTM will be driven at this year’s Gumball 3000 Rally as part of the Team Betsafe and will start the journey on May 23 from Stockholm in Sweden.
