Happy Thanksgiving from the QuattroDaily Team!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving in America and it’s a time to relax, hang out with family, eat good food and watch football. It’s literally an entire day dedicated to relaxing and being fat and happy. It’s fantastic. But it’s also just a good time to forget about work and spend some time with the family. Which is why we’re going to be taking the day off tomorrow, so we can do the very same. However, we’ll be back at it the following Friday to bring you more Audi news.

It’s a day we’re going to need, too, as the LA Auto Show is coming up next week and we need to regain some energy and take some relaxation time before that. It’s going to be a big show for Audi, one with three big new debuts for the brand, all of which being headlined by the upcoming Audi e-tron GT Concept. That car is going to be a big deal, as it presents the concept for Audi’s first-ever production electric sports car (the Audi R8 e-tron doesn’t count, as it never reached production).

In the meantime, though, you can check out our holiday gift ideas so that, on Friday, when the infamous Black Friday rolls around, you’ll be ready to pull the trigger on some great gifts for that special Audi enthusiast in your life.

So, tomorrow, enjoy your family and friends, eat some great food, drink some beer and watch some football. Maybe even argue with your annoying uncle that always makes obnoxious Facebook posts. But more importantly, get out there and drive your Audi. Get up early, grab the keys and find the quietest fun road you can find, before the holiday traffic gets insane. Nowhere to go, all day to get there. Best kind of driving. Enjoy your Audi and enjoy your Thanksgiving.

I've been in love with cars since I was a kid, specifically German cars. Now I get to drive them talk about them on the internet.
