A dashboard-mounted camera has managed to capture a failed drifting attempt of a Ford Mustang which ultimately hit an Audi A6. The driver of a previous generation A6 (C6) was minding his own business waiting at the red light when all of the sudden to the left appears a white Ford Mustang performing what appears to be a drift.
We are not sure if this is the case or the vehicle entered the right corner with too much speed which caused the driver to lose control of the pony car. It started going sideways and it almost hit a woman which was crossing the street. She was attentive enough to avoid the incoming car but the Audi A6 was not that fortune as the Mustang’s drift ended with a collision with the German mid-size executive sedan.
The impact wasn’t that powerful but most likely the Audi A6 will need a new front bumper along with a left headlight replacement. Judging by the attached footage and the license plates, the accident took place somewhere in Ukraine at the beginning of this month and luckily there weren’t any injuries as both drivers and the passengers inside the two cars got out safe and sound without requiring any medical attention.
