The American aftermarket specialists at Vorsteiner are showing off some of their wheels on a sinister black Audi S3. Their model of choice was the sedan in U.S. specification which now rides on a fresh set of 19-inch V-FF 103 wheels featuring an appealing Carbon Graphite look and wrapped around in 225/35/19 tires. As you would expect from Vorsteiner, these are forged wheels which compared to regular cast wheels are 25% lighter while being much stronger at the same time.

As a consequence, this particular Audi S3 Sedan has a considerably lower unsprung mass which should improve handling, especially during high-speed cornering. These wheels certainly suit the high-performance sedan and were previously installed on a similar S3 Sedan (US-spec) painted in Riviera Blue.

Those who are fans of Vorsteiner’s work have probably noticed their preferred automaker for showing off new wheels is Audi as in recent months we have seen numerous projects based on a variety of four-ringed models such as the S5 Coupe and the S4 Sedan, both of which have been featuring U.S. specification and with a modified suspension to go hand in hand with the custom wheels.

It will be interesting to see whether Vorsteiner is cooking up something for the new A4 (B9) while the next generation A5 due sometime in 2017 is likely bound to receive a plethora of rims from the American tuner.
