Audi’s UK division has released an additional feature clip for the new TT which has gone on sale a few months ago. The third generation TT is certainly Audi’s hottest product on sale today so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the company’s marketing team is pulling out all the stops to increase the model’s awareness now that sales have commenced.
Seen here is the TT in UK specification which kicks off at £29,085 (RRP) for the base 2.0 TFSI Sport model. If you are not satisfied with the front-wheel drive layout, the cheapest quattro-equipped model begins at £31,995 for the same 2.0 TFSI Sport. In terms of headlights, the optional LED ones cost an extra £1,430 whereas the matrix LED units are available for an additional £2,375. The new TT can be had with optional privacy glass (£450) as well as electrically-adjustable, folding & heated mirrors for £280, with the one on the driver’s side featuring auto-dimming.
For now, engine options are limited to a 230 PS four-cylinder 2.0-liter TFSI and a 184 PS 2.0 TDI ultra. A more potent version of the TFSI engine will be added in the TT S version where it will develop 310 PS and a peak torque of 380 Nm. The new TT will also get an RS version featuring a 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine estimated to produce anywhere between 360 PS and 380 PS.
