The 2015 Audi TT S Coupe has received the digital treatment from X-Tomi Design who envisioned a beefier Plus version. The previous generation TT S never received such a version as Audi used the “Plus” suffix only for a hotter derivative of the range-topping TT RS and chances are it’s going to be the same thing with the new TT.
We remind you the TT S Coupe is motivated by a turbocharged four-cylinder 2.0 TFSI engine that pumps out 310 PS and 380 Nm. If there’s ever going to be a TT S Plus, expect the engine’s output to be bumped by around 20 PS, still a lot less than the TT RS which will reportedly get more than 407 PS. If Audi will ever decide to bring back the TT RS Plus, the 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine will likely be lifted to somewhere in the region of 420-430 PS.
It’s still a long way to go as the flagship TT RS will not be released this year as Audi will probably decide to introduce the model sometime next year. After that, a hypothetical TT RS will likely see the light of production day in 2017, at the earliest.
