X-Tomi Design from Hungary decided to envision a potential look for the RS version currently in the pipeline for the third generation Audi TT. When the German marque unveiled the new model back in March at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show they also showcased the hotter TTS version but without saying a word about the range-topping RS derivative which will probably see the light of day in 2015.
It’s not that hard to imagine how the car will look like since it will essentially be a beefed up version of the TTS, with a more aggressive front fascia encompassing a larger grille, more generous air intakes, as well as flared wheel arches and bigger wheels. In addition, expect to find a lowered suspension arrangement and several enhancements inside the cabin.
We don’t know at this moment what will power the Audi TT RS but most definitely something with a higher output than the 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged gasoline engine in the TTS where it puts out 310 bhp and a maximum torque of 380 Nm. Word on the street is that Audi has decided to maintain the 5-cylinder, 2.5-liter motor of the previous generation, an engine which could find its way under the hood of the next RS3 as well.
