Audi RS6 Avant performance returns in new presentation clip

The Audi RS6 Avant performance is back in a new presentation video providing a closer look at Ingolstadt’s ultimate wagon.

It’s one of the few vehicles out there that offer supercar performance and manage to remain very practical. For many people this represents the perfect car since it ticks all the right boxes and offers just about everything you would want in a car. With 605 hp and 700 Nm on tap, the uprated V8 4.0-liter TFSI engine enables the RS6 Avant performance hit 100 km/h from a standstill in just 3.7 seconds and will top out at 305 km/h if you go for the optional performance package.

It’s still a great car to haul various items as the trunk has a generous capacity of 565 liters which can be expanded to a whopping 1,680 liters once you fold down the rear seats. The standard permanent quattro all-wheel drive system will ensure optimal traction regardless of road conditions while the updated 8-speed automatic transmission not only makes the car faster but also easier to live with.

The Audi RS6 Avant performance is without any doubt a car that can do pretty much anything and it’s hard to point out a flaw. Perhaps it’s the prohibitive starting price of €117,000 (German market), but that’s the cost of having it all in just one car.
