Loud And Flashy Audi RS6 Avant Packs 720 Horsepower

Without a shadow of a doubt, the RS6 Avant is one of the most desirable series of models ever developed by Audi. It’s easy to see why as the super wagon is a wonderful mélange of power, practicality, and technology all wrapped up in a refined package worthy of the Four Rings. The previous-generation model was an absolute monster, but this car’s owner decided to dial it up a notch.

Wearing a striking green finish, this C7 is your neighbor’s worst nightmare taking into account the car is ridiculously loud. The stock exhaust is long gone as the supercar among wagons got a custom Milltek setup for a more intense soundtrack. The owner enjoys showing off his beast in front of the camera for YouTuber cvdzijden, revving the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 to generate those crackles that sound pretty much like an assault rifle.

Details about what’s going on underneath the hood have not been provided, but we do know the eight-cylinder engine has been taken to 720 horsepower and 900 Newton-meters (664 pound-feet) of torque. That makes it even more powerful than the bonkers RS6 Avant Nogaro Edition sold by Audi in collaboration with ABT a couple of years ago.

The car’s owner didn’t stop with the changes there as he also fitted some extra LED lights behind the front grille, as if the RS6 Avant wasn’t already flashy enough. Blacked-out badges at the front and rear along with tinted headlights and taillights round off the visual tweaks.

Are people going to do the same thing with the new generation? Probably. As a matter of fact, tuners have already taken notice of the C8 model, with ABT unveiling an impressively brutal RS6-R earlier this year.

Audi is just getting started with its long-roof supercar since hotter versions are likely on the agenda. The company has already hinted a plug-in hybrid variant with more oomph could join the range further down the line.
