Vorsteiner puts their V-FF 103 Flow Forged Wheels on many cars, as they’re gorgeous wheels, and we’ve looked at them on a couple of cars recently. Well, we’re going to look at them again on an Audi RS5.
The Audi RS5 is easily one of Audi’s best cars, with a stonking 4.2 liter naturally-aspirated V8 and and stunning good looks. This example is painted in Monsoon Gray Metallic, one of Audi’s best colors and would look incredible on its own. But with the Vorsteiner V-FF 103 Wheels, it looks even better.
One of the big reasons why these wheels look so good on the RS5 is the color scheme. The V-FF 103s have a dark finish to them that contrasts really well with the Monsoon Gray paint job of the RS5. They also have a deep concave, which looks great under the muscular haunches of the RS5. Overall, these wheels give the RS5 an aggressive, yet understated looks that really suits the car well.
The V-FF 103s on this RS5 are non-staggered, meaning the front wheels are the same size as the rear wheels. This works better on all-wheel drive performance cars, whereas a staggered setup might benefit a rear-wheel drive car. But this squared setup not only looks fantastic but it also helps the RS5. The lighter wheels reduce unsprung rotational mass, helping the RS5 to both handle and stop better.
