The Audi RS3 Sportback is the star of a new ad and this time we get to see it playing ice hockey. Bringing the hot hatchback to a hockey arena seems a little bit odd but nevertheless this still makes the video appealing especially to those who are fans of the four-ring company. Currently the most powerful compact hatch in the world, the RS3 is a mighty 367 PS quattro-equipped machine characterized by the Ingolstadt-based automaker as a “world-beating car” with a “class-conquering engine”.
It won’t remain the compact hatchback power king for much longer as the Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG facelift is expected to have somewhere in the region of 380 PS when it will be unveiled in the following months. That doesn’t mean the Audi RS3 Sportback should not be considered since after all it is a properly quick vehicle that can run the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) journey in just 4.3 seconds and top out at an electronically-capped 155 mph (250 km/h) while upon request you can ask Audi to raise the limiter to 174 mph (280 km/h).
Deliveries of the Audi RS3 Sportback have commenced in Europe and you can get it in Germany from € €52,700 before adding any optional goodies like MMI Navigation plus with MMI touch (€2,300), privacy glass (€400), RS sports exhaust system (€1,000) and RS sport seats (€745), just to name a few.
