Audi ranked Best Luxury Brand by Strategic Vision’s study

Audi is happy to announce they have been named the “Best Luxury Brand” in the 2014 Total Quality Index (TQI) study released by Strategic Vision. Moreover, the Audi Q5 (pictured) triumphed in the “Near-Luxury” category while the Audi Q7 was ranked the best in the “Luxury CUV” category. In addition, the Audi A5 Coupe topped the “Premium Coupe” category.

For those of you who are unaware of the Strategic Vision Total Quality Index score, it represents a holistic measure which includes positive and negative product experiences such as facts about actual technical problems, reliability, driving excitement, as well as other similar measures that “collectively are energized by the emotional response associated with the aggregate of all those experiences.”

The US-spec Audi A5 kicks off at $39,100 and is offered with a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter TFSI engine that can work with a quattro all-wheel drive system and a 6-speed manual gearbox or an optional eight-speed Tiptronic transmission.

The Audi Q5 in United States is priced at $37,300 and can be had with a 2.0 TFSI, 3.0 TFSI and 3.0 TDI along with a more frugal hybrid variant. As for the seven-seat Q7, it kicks off at $47,700 and you can get it with either a 3.0 TFSI or a 3.0 TDI. Some of its features include Wi-Fi hotspot, Sideguard head curtain airbags and support for Google Voice Local Search.

The “Best Luxury Brand” study was released by Strategic Vision, a reputable research-based consultancy company with more than 35 years of experience in this domain.
