The brand new second generation Audi R8 V10 Plus was the start of a photo session by Auditography in Malmö, Sweden. The model of choice was painted in a stunning Mythos Black Metallic hue that makes the supercar look simply astonishing and goes to prove the evolutionary styling really suits the R8 very well. It might not look as distinctive as the old model, but surely this is a properly attractive coupe especially in this range-topping specification with that prominent rear wing.
The paint and 19-inch wheels fitted onto this car come as standard, but you can play around with the configurator and add an Individual color, larger 20-inch rims, different hues for the side blades and many other customization options. The cheapest Audi R8 V10 Plus money can buy costs €187,400 whereas the base R8 V10 begins at €165,000, with both prices applicable in Germany. If this doesn’t fit your budget, Audi has announced a new entry-level will join the range with a smaller, turbocharged engine and most likely it will be out in 2017 with a significantly lower starting price.
Until then, the R8 lineup will be expanded sometime next year when Audi will introduce the Spyder version that just like the coupe will be offered exclusively with a V10 engine.
