Audi has announced full U.S. pricing for the 2016 A6 and A7 models which have recently went through a mild facelift. The base A6 kicks off at $46,200 and is motivated by a 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged gasoline engine producing 252 bhp and 273 lb-ft sent to the wheels via a 7-speed S tronic gearbox. Starting at $48,400, the A6 2.0T quattro uses the same engine but adds a quattro all-wheel drive system and an 8-speed Tiptronic gearbox.
Moving on to the A6 3.0T quattro, it can be had from $57,400 and packs a punchier 3.0-liter TFSI with 33 bhp and 325 lb-ft delivered to the road via an 8-speed Tiptronic. In this configuration, the mid-size sedan returns 20 mpg city, 30 mpg highway and 24 mpg combined.
There’s also a more economical A6 TDI from $59,500 with a 3.0-liter turbodiesel rated at 240 bhp and 428 lb-ft. Those who want more power can opt for the S6 available from $70,900 which uses a V8 twin-turbo 4.0-liter with 450 bhp and 406 lb-ft.
Lastly, the A7 Sportback is available with both the 3.0-liter engines and the twin-turbo V8 powering the RS7 where it churns 560 bhp and 516 lb-ft. Prices kick off at $70,950 for the base mode and rise to $108,900 for the range-topping RS7.
