Audi of America has received the number one spot in dealer satisfaction in the annual Carlisle Service Manager Satisfaction Survey. Moreover, they also ranked first in other categories such as new models, special tools, tech support, technical training, non-tech training, marketing support, as well as in the warranty administration, social media, express lane and customer retention categories.
Speaking about this achievement, Peter Donnellan, Director of After Sales, Audi of America, declared “When asked which manufacturer they like to work with most, we want our dealers to choose us first without hesitation. If this is happening, we know we are on the right track.” He went on to specify that “It is important to us that dealers understand we do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. We understand each individual dealer has its own needs, and we need to treat each accordingly.”
This year’s edition of the Carlisle Service Manager Satisfaction Survey took into account 17 brands and more than 7,000 submissions. The company is responsible for elaborating syndicated, dealership and end-customer surveys to find out more about the customer’s attitude, satisfaction, price perception and purchase loyalty.
Audi of America says they will remain focused on providing dealers with the necessary tools, insight and knowledge in order to deliver the necessary premium customer experience.
