Audi delivers 900,000+ cars in first half of the year

Audi AG is proud to announce that for the first time ever they have managed to sell more than 900,000 units in the first half of the year. During this period, Audi posted a 3.8% increase in sales compared to the first six months of 2014 and this represents the first time ever when the Ingolstadt-based automaker sells more than 900,000 units in the initial half of a year.

June sales rose by 1.3% compared to the same month of 2014 and for the second half of the year Audi is estimating they will achieve great results taking into account deliveries of the second generation Q7 have just started while the all-new A4 will start reaching European dealerships in the fourth quarter. In addition, the facelifted A6 hasn’t reached all markets just yet and most likely many customers decided to wait to get their hands on the revised mid-size model.
