Audi is asking $42,900 for the 2016 TT US-spec coupe while the roadster begins at $46,400. As standard, the cars are getting an auto-dimming rearview mirror, 18-inch alloys, LED headlights & taillights, automatic climate control system, flat-bottomed steering wheel, Alcantara upholstery and a 12.-inch digital instrument cluster. Also standard are the 12-way power sport seats while for more money you can add a rearview camera, 12-speaker B&O sound system, Nappa leather upholstery along with a tech package bringing GPS, side assist and other goodies.
The 2016 TT US-spec Coupe and Roadster are available exclusively with a TFSI 2.0 4-cylinder engine producing 220 bhp and 258 lb-ft. The motor works together with an S tronic 6-speed transmission to send power to a quattro AWD system which allows the coupe to hit 60 mph (96 km/h) from a standstill in 5.3 seconds while the roadster needs 5.6s.
If this is not fast enough, get the TTS (available only as a coupe) for $51,900 which has an uprated 2.0 TFSI unleashing 292 bhp and 280 lb-ft. This one will run the sprint in 4.6 seconds and will feature a more aggressive body, S sport seats and 19-inch alloys.
Audi USA is also selling a TTS Launch Edition with red brake calipers, Mythos Black metallic paint, 19-inch forged wheels as well as a B&O sound system, technology package and Express Red Nappa leather interior with piano black inlays.
