Audi A7 gets a striking green paint

Audi Forum Neckarsulm is display a striking green Audi A7 Sportback which has the color code “GT3RS”. It’s the facelifted version which premiered back in May last year in European specification and then it was displayed in US-spec guise in November at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The facelift only brought minor visual tweaks as the only things that changed were the single-frame front grille, slightly different bumpers and the exhaust pipes.

In addition, the taillights come as standard with LED technology and dynamic turn signals while the headlights can be optionally equipped with matrix LEDs also benefiting from dynamic turn signals. For the interior cabin there are new materials like Valcona leather, aluminum/Beaufort walnut and five fresh colors for the seat upholstery.

Under the hood, there’s a new 3.0 TDI V6 Clean Diesel engine rated at 272 HP in the regular version and 218 HP in the economical “ultra” derivative where it enables the Audi A7 Sportback have a fuel consumption of just 4.7 liters / 100 km with corresponding CO2 emissions of 122 g/km. Also part of the range is a bi-turbo 3.0 TDI delivering 320 HP and working together with an eight-speed tiptronic transmission whereas the other engines are coupled to a seven-speed S tronic.

Audi also revised the MMI Navigaton plus with MMI touch by installing an Nvidia graphics processor and providing support for Internet connectivity through LTE. At an additional cost, the Audi A7 Sportback can be optionally equipped with many safety & assistance systems like pre sense safety, side assist, active lane assist, adaptive cruise control (with stop & go) and                a night vision system.
