ABT tuning an unspecified Audi coupe for Essen

German tuner ABT Sportsline has announced plans to bring an unspecified Audi coupe to the 2014 Essen Motor Show. Details about the model in question are not available at this point as all ABT mentioned we should expect “a real world premiere based on a sporty coupe made in Ingolstadt.” Since the name of the city where the car is produced has been mentioned, we should specify the TT is made in Hungary while the R8 is produced in Neckarsulm so most likely the model they are referring to is the A5.

This mysterious model will be showcased alongside a 400 HP Volkswagen Golf R and the Audi RS6-R Avant pictured above. The latter was originally introduced back in March at the Geneva Motor Show and will be produced in a limited series of 25 cars. All cars are powered by the twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter which has been upgraded to unleash a massive 730 HP and 920 Nm, representing a significant increase over the stock 560 HP and 700 Nm.

Aside from the huge power difference, the RS6-R Avant by ABT has a full body kit, 22-inch rims shod in Dunlop 295/22 ZR22 tires, a height-adjustable spring kit, stainless steel exhaust, sports steering wheel with LED shifting lights, along with red carbon fiber inserts and unique floor mats.

As a final note, the aforementioned Audi coupe by ABT will be displayed at the A155 booth in Hall 3 starting November 29 until December 7.
