About a week ago we talked about the 2015 Audi TT starting price in Germany of 35,000 euros, followed by the TDI version which costs an extra 900 euros while the TTS is priced at 49,100 euros. Now, on Audi’s official German website an online configurator is available and lets you play around with a number of optional goodies which can increase the car’s price tag well beyond the 50,000 euro mark.
Some of the most interesting optional goodies would have to be the full LED headlights priced at 1,200 euros or the matrix LED headlights that cost a steep 2,140 euros. If you want the digital dashboard you will have to acquire the MMI Navigation plus with MMI touch which will set you back 2,500 euros. If there’s still money in the bank, for an extra 550 euros you can get those air vents that have displays in their center while a Bang & Olufsen sound system is an additional 850 euros.
As a reminder, engine choices for the 2015 Audi TT include a 2.0 TFSI 4-cylinder with 230 PS (169 kW) and 370 Nm (272 lb-ft), along with a more economical 2.0 TDI 4-cylinder rated at 184 PS (135 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft). The hotter TTS has a 2.0 TFSI uprated to 310 PS (228 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) which grants the coupe with a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in 4.7 seconds.
The configurator can be accessed from here.
