2015 Audi Q7 grabs best premium interior design award from Automotive Brand Contest

The brand new 2015 Audi Q7 has managed to obtain a best-in-class design award from Automotive Brand Contest.

Yesterday we found out the second generation of Audi’s full-size SUV is one of the safest cars in its class according to Euro NCAP and now the German Design Council’s Automotive Brand Contest 2015 has named the model “best of the best” in the “interior premium brand” category. According to the jury, “the design has succeeded in implanting a feeling of expansiveness, roominess and cultivated elegance.”

In addition, the second-gen Audi R8 supercar has also been honored for its design and is a winner thanks to its achievements in the “interior premium brand” and “exterior premium brand” categories. Moreover, its optional laser headlights have triumphed in the “future, mobility & parts” category.

The list of trophies doesn’t end here as the Audi prologue, prologue Avant and prologue allroad concept cars all have earned a “special mention” in the “concepts” category. Audi has earned an additional 11 prizes in this year’s edition of the Automotive Brand Contest in the “digital”, “corporate publishing”, “campaign” and “architecture & events” category.
