“Scripted Life” is the name of a new commercial for the 2015 Audi Q3 (US-spec) as part of a new marketing campaign entitled #OffScript. The main idea behind this latest ad is that the Q3 is different than all the other crossovers which have been following the same script for several year. According to Audi, the Q3 offers a “coupe-like design with the utility of an SUV” and will reach dealerships in the United States in a short while.
Under the hood of the U.S.-spec 2015 Audi Q3 is a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter TFSI turbocharged gasoline engine with 200 bhp sent to the road through a 6-speed Tiptronic gearbox. Those who want an all-wheel drive arrangement will have to pay at least $34,600 to get the crossover with a quattro layout. If there’s more money to spare, opt for the range-topping Prestige variant which begins at $38,500 (with quattro). It will get you the MMI Navigation Plus (with Audi Connect) and a 14-speaker Bose surround audio system.
The 2015 Audi Q3 in U.S. specification is far from being an all-new model at it has been on sale in Europe for several years and it’s actually based on the previous generation A3 so it’s arrival in United States is a bit late.
