The 2015 Audi A7 Sportback facelift was revealed online today bringing a subtle exterior makeover for the elegant four-door coupe. The most important change is the availability of optional matrix LED headlights which made their debut a few months ago on the facelift A8. The front bumper and grille were also altered while inside the cabin there are new materials like Valcona leather, aluminum and Beaufort walnut, as well as five different colors for the seat upholstery.
Audi will be offering its revised 3.0 TDI V6 Clean Diesel engine with 218 PS (160 kW) in the “ultra” guise where it has a fuel consumption of just 4.7 liters / 100 km with corresponding CO2 emissions of only 122 g/km. The same motor can be had in a higher output version with 272 PS and if this is not enough, a bi-turbo 3.0 TDI with 320 PS (235 kW) should do the trick. The latter works together with an eight-speed tiptronic transmission, while the other engines get a seven-speed S tronic.
The list of changes for the 2015 Audi A7 Sportback facelift continues with an up-to-date MMI Navigation plus boasting LTE connectivity and an Nvidia graphics processor. Customers can also opt for systems such as side assist, active lane assist, adaptive cruise control with stop and go function, pre sense safe and night vision.
The refreshed A7 Sportback is programmed to reach dealerships at the end of the summer and will carry a starting price in Germany of 51,300 euros.
